the staff members reception desk acted polite. i found free parking near the hotel. my room newness impressed me, it also felt very clean.
i noticed just slight inconvenience with the room. it was simple for what i paid.

adequate stay, but some issues

the free parking outside was convenient.
I found a very big spider in my room moving on the bed, and , made me uncomfortable. the bath sink was partially blocked. The water flowed out to the floor when showering. this kept the toilet always wet.

the staff was helpful i found carlos at reception particularly pleasant and informative he seemed a real asset to the hotel the breakfast had plenty of choice and seemed top quality
the air conditioning did not work properly the room became quite hot because of this it was hard to sleep well the bed was too hard for me i did not find it comfortable

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. i particularly enjoyed the local cheeses and fresh breads. the parking was convenient and secure. it was beneficial the car park closed at night with a code.
the room was quite small. it did not meet my expectations given the hotel's location away from the city center. i found a spider in the room, moving on the bed. this.
